"Exploring the Success of INTERREG VA Project 'health-i-care: Innovations for Safer Healthcare'". About the Project:
The health-i-care project has brought together 30 innovative consortia, uniting small and medium-sized businesses with supporting partners from knowledge institutions and the healthcare sector. This dynamic collaboration, referred to as the Business-Science-Health cooperation, has developed innovations in medical information, training and eHealth, diagnostics and prevention, infection prevention, One Health, and medical technology.
The scientific project manager, Dr Corinna Glasner, has led the way in two INTERREG V projects: EurHealth-1Health and health-i-care. Her expertise encompasses molecular microbiology, antibiotic resistance, epidemiology, infection prevention, and local, national, and international epidemiology of pathogens.
