Becoming a Talent Magnet: how to attract and retain top talent
With long-lasting and increasing labor market shortages, companies are increasingly interested in how they can be an attractive employer. Within the Saxion research group Employability Transition, we conduct research to uncover the key to being an employer of choice! During this interactive session, we will combine the research results with the preliminary results of an ongoing study into MedTech talent in the Twente region. The outcome? Practical tools to become and remain productive, innovative and vital even in the face of labor market challenges!
